Parterre Property Services Inc. specializes in large project condominium complexes with a minimum unit count of 100. It is our position that this will allow for far greater levels of service quality by allowing our employees manageable portfolios without compromising revenue to cost ratios.
Our mandate also includes a commitment to staying on the cutting edge of technology in order to ensure the highest levels of Information Management and Accessibility. This is evidenced by our purchase of the latest property management software from Yardi Systems, a world leader in such software applications. Yardi Voyageur is a web-based system allowing access to our data bases from anywhere an internet connection is available. This will allow our field personnel to update client files any time, anywhere. For a fee it also provides the ability for the clients themselves to access their own information via account number and password protection protocols.
